Job Location: Bangalore, India

Develop and deliver top notch analytical solutions to clients efficiently.
Develop implementation plan, logic and modules to embed in client solutions and client discussion ready documents /presentations.
Develop actionable, clean, maintainable, testable, reusable, extensible codes, including standardization and automation of processes.
Provide technical and functional guidance to junior team members through expert knowledge and hands-on support.
Manage projects, resource utilization and deliveries to business clients.
Proactively discuss with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, business context and provide robust actional solutions.
Ensure positive & creative work-environment, culture of collaborations, speak-up, high level of energy & enthusiasm, curiosity to learn and continuous improvement.
Lead researching and conceptualizing solution approaches, new techniques or solution frameworks and author high quality discussion papers.

Masters or PhD in engineering / mathematics / statistics / operations research / economics or any quantitative area or MBA with quantitative background.
7 + years of relevant hands-on experience and knowledge in analytics, data science, decision science and AI / ML developments.
2+ years of experience of managing projects and business stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge and experience in analytical language coding – Python, R, SAS and other similar preferably in cloud environment and knowledge of popular BI tools.
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of handling large data for analysis or model developments.
Knowledge and experience of different data mining approaches and modeling techniques
High proficiency and knowledge in at least one analytics domain – marketing & customer, product & pricing, channel & digital, credit risk and regulatory risk.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability and experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately ambiguous work environment.
Ability to solve problems creatively, effectively and efficiently.
Knowledge and previous work experience in financial services is preferred.
Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies is a plus.
